  • Starting Monday, August 23rd we'll meet twice weekly - Every Monday and Thursday from 6-7:30 pm.

  • Group sessions will be fun, interactive strength training/HIIT focused on adventure specific activities WODs tailored to the adventure and designed develop strength, speed, agility and grace.


trip itinerary

day 1

Our 3 day adventure will begin from the dock of Algonquin Outfitters on Cache Lake; access point # 8.

The squad will travel over one portage to camp on Head Lake - approx. three hours travel time from the dock.

We'll set up camp, enjoy an evening under the stars.

day 2

Start our morning with hearty fuel to prepare us for a day of adventure in Algonquin Park.

We have arranged a group trail run/hike on the Highland Backpacking Trail.


Return to basecamp for lunch.


Explore Head and Harness lakes on a guided Day Paddle.

Return to Basecamp for dinner and evening camp fire.

day 3

Break camp and paddle and portage back to Cache Lake.

Return gear, say our good byes and return home.
